26th October Open Rehearsal
Dear friends,
Thank you for coming to My Queenstown Festival Show last month. If you want to find out more about Playback, please join us on 26th October and play with us!
We welcome one and all to join our little community in exploring playback theatre in an open, safe and informal space.
Come and be a storyteller, an actor or a musician! Or simply come and have fun! We are a bunch of friendly and cheerful people! :)
But do book your slot fast, because as much as we hope to accommodate everyone, our space is limited!
Register now at www.amiando.com/OctOR
We hope you can also help support the practice of this community theatre with a small donation when you come! Thanks and see you soon!

Once Upon a Time...in Toa Payoh.
Right on the heels of our shows
in My Queenstown Festival, comes our next one in Toa Payoh Central in 2 weeks time!
Join us on Oct 19th at 7PM at Toa Payoh Central Community Club Theatrette!
Tickets are at only $5!
Available from the office at Toa Payoh Central Community Club (call 6252 5324 for more information),
or click here to buy your tickets!
What are the tales of the places which you grew up in?
What are the memories of the places that you played in as a child?
Where do you create your stories now?
Come join us as we enact your stories using an improvisational form called Playback Theatre!
Playback Theatre is a form of community theatre that enacts your stories! When someone shares a story or feeling, a team of actors and musicians will play it back spontaneously, using elements of voice, movement, cloth and music.
Playback Theatre is now practiced in more than 50 countries and has provided moments of emotional connections, shared experiences and reflection for its audiences.
